The visual inspection (VI) or visual detection method is to scan the surface of the steel plate through a machine vision system (CCD line camera), convert the captured target into an image signal, and send it to a dedicated image RF 32 HR ship plate processing system, which converts it into a digital signal based on pixel distribution and brightness, color and other information.
