Shanghai warehouse mainly stores NV E40 hull structural steel plates ,steel plate and section steel. The average monthly purchase volume is about 15000 tons. The geographical location of the warehouse has greatly improved our performance in terms of transportation and delivery time.

In 2013, one of our clients in Korea purchased 890 tons Q345B square tube from us for one building construction project. Our clients required no burr in the side of the tube, we finally produce the goods with great condition and +/-0.25mm tolerance for wall thickness, which is a very great tolerance with customers’ required size. Our square tube full available range is 2-16mm for wall thickness, and 40-500mm for width. In addition, our Q/C department will seriously control all of the process of every order.
The tensile strength of A36 steel plate is 58-80 Ksi (about 400-550MPa), and the yield strength is 36 Ksi (about 250MPa); the tensile strength of Q235 steel plate is 370-500 MPa, and the yield strength is 235MPa; the tensile strength of SS400 steel plate is 400-510MPa, and the yield strength is 245MPa. For the mechanical properties of NV E40 hull structural steel plates, SS400 steel plate and Q235 steel plate, the thickness of steel plate is less than 16mm. It can be seen from the above data that ASME A36 and Chinese Q235 are named after the yield strength of the material, while SS400 is named after the tensile strength of the material.
