Tianjin warehouse mainly stores steel plates and steel pipes. The monthly replenishment is about 12000 tons. Our inventory cycle is short and flexible. Shanghai warehouse mainly stores KE40 offshore steel sheet ,steel plate and section steel. The average monthly purchase volume is about 15000 tons. The geographical location of the warehouse has greatly improved our performance in terms of transportation and delivery time.
BBN Group's first blast furnace blast dehumidification system: The project started construction on May 2 and began trial operation on August 28. All data are balanced and stable, blast furnace output indicators have improved significantly, and the daily dehydration capacity of the two blast furnaces is as high as 124 tons, with a daily increase of about 200 tons KE40 offshore steel sheet, and the blast furnace is running smoothly.
In the year of 2015, customer from Peru oil refinery contact with us from Internet. After one month’s negotiation and quotation, they chose us as there supplier of raw steel plate KE40 offshore steel sheet grade ASTM A36. We get an trail order of 300 tons in April. When the first ship arrived, they inspect the steel plate and very happy with the quality we supply. Then they put another 1700 tons order, we sent to them within 90 days. Our company management group visit the customer in the beginning of 2016 and the visit is very successful.
The executive standard of P235TR1 steel is EN 10216-1. KE40 offshore steel sheet, P235TR1 steel is suitable for manufacturing pipes, vessels, equipment, pipe fittings and steel structures. Chemical composition of P235TR1 steel: C ≤ 0.16, Si ≤ 0.35, Mn ≤ 1.2, P ≤ 0.025, S ≤ 0.02, Cr ≤ 0.30, Mo ≤ 0.06, Ni ≤ 0.30, Cu ≤ 0.30, Nb ≤ 0.01, Ti ≤ 0.04, V ≤ 0.02. Chemical composition of P235TR1 steel: tensile strength 360-500 MPa, yield strength ≥ 235 MPa, elongation ≥ 25%. The main steel pipe grades under EN 10216-1 are P195TR1, P195TR2, P235TR1, P235TR2, P265TR1 and P265TR2.
