Wear resistant steel plate has high wear resistance:The thickness of wear-resistant layer of wear-resistant steel plate is 3-12mm, the hardness of wear-resistant layer can reach HRC58-62, the wear resistance is 15-20 times of ordinary steel plate, 5-10 times of low-alloy steel plate, RINA EH40 hull structural ship plate, and 2-5 times of high chromium cast iron. The wear resistance is far higher than spray welding and thermal spraying.
Penetration testing technology is only suitable for detecting surface defects. It uses penetrant to apply on the surface of the RINA EH40 hull structural ship plate steel plate, then wipes the excess penetrant with the cleaning solution, and then smears the developer. The penetrant remaining in the defect is adsorbed by the developing material, so as to observe the shape of the defect and determine the type of defect. This RINA EH40 hull structural ship plate method requires multiple wipes before and after the inspection, the process is more cumbersome, and can not detect internal defects and rough and dirty steel plates.
Square hollow section S355J2H to Turkey. In January of 2015, our customer from Turkey chose us as their supplier of seamless RHS EN10219 S355J2H with a trail order of 120 tons. They required DNV test for the MTC and each tube. DNV inspector tested all the tubes and MTC. When our customer received the reports, they gave us a second order of 852.5 tons. Since then we maintain a long time cooperation relationship.
