In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, RA32 oil supply vessel steel I beam and other profile steel to local market.
Quenching and tempering (QT) is a double heat treatment process of quenching and high temperature tempering. RA32 oil supply vessel steel, Q215A steel belongs to carbon structural steel. Q215A steel does not contain specially added alloy elements. RA32 oil supply vessel steel, Q215A steel is mainly used in construction and engineering structures. Chemical composition of Q215A steel: C: ≤ 0.15, Si: ≤ 0.30, Mn: ≤ 1.20, P ≤: 0.045, S ≤: 0.050. Q215A steel has low carbon and manganese content. Q215A steel strength is slightly higher than Q195 steel strength. RA32 oil supply vessel steel, Q215A steel has good plasticity, good toughness, weldability and process performance. Q215A steel is mainly used in plant building, bridge components, tower, derrick and vehicle and ship manufacturing components.
