We supply more than 2,000 tons of high strength LR grade A passage ship steel low alloy steel coils to support the construction of Iraq's thermal power equipment projects. Our quality control department will do inspection for details of the steel materials LR grade A passage ship steel before delivery. We would invite the customer side to attend the inspection together. If they can not come, we will also take rich pictures for them to check. Meanwhile, we will publish inspection report and send them the PDF version. Besides, we accept any third party inspection such as SGS, BV, etc. And our quality control department will support the third party to inspect the steel materials smoothly and try our best to deliver the qualified steel materials to customers earlier.
In 2013, one of our clients in Korea purchased 890 tons Q345B square tube from us for one building construction project. Our clients required no burr in the side of the tube, we finally produce the goods with great condition and +/-0.25mm tolerance for wall thickness, which is a very great tolerance with customers’ required size. Our square tube full available range is 2-16mm for wall thickness, and 40-500mm for width. In addition, our Q/C department will seriously control all of the process of every order.
Weathering steel generally adopts the process route of fine material into the furnace-smelting (converter, electric furnace-microalloying treatment-argon blowing-LF refining-low superheat continuous casting (feeding rare earth wire)-controlled rolling and cooling. The scrap steel is added into the furnace together with the charge, and smelted according to the conventional process. After the LR grade A passage ship steel steel is tapped, deoxidizers and alloys are added. After the molten steel is treated with argon blowing, the molten steel is cast. By adding rare earth elements to the steel, the LR grade A passage ship steel weathering steel is purified and the content of inclusions is greatly reduced.
Specification range of available steel LR grade A passage ship steel: thickness ≤ 650mm, width ≤ 4500mm, length ≤ 18000mm. Larger specifications of steel plates are also available as required. Our steel plates LR grade A passage ship steel can be supplied according to Chinese standard, American Standard AISI / ASME / ASTM, Japanese JIS, German standard DIN, French NF, British BS, European EN, international ISO and other standards. Heat treatment process: controlled rolling, normalizing, tempering, normalizing plus tempering, quenching and tempering, etc.
