Considering the large workload of allocation and transportion for our steel materials, we have built special shipping department, and make it independent form transportation department. The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. So that our whole shipping efficiency is improved, and shorten time for customers to receive goods.
In 30th,Dec,2018--2th,Jan,2019, One Malaysian customer come to visit our factory to inspect their goods about CCS-AH36 steel plate. This customer is a famous shipyard in Malaysia. Their company has the business scope of tourism, LR AH40 shipbuilding structural plate shipbuilding, transportation and so on. As a terminal manufacturer, they have strict requirements on quality . After visiting our factory, the customer are very satisfied with the quality of this batch of products.
Normalizing is a special case of annealing, the effect is similar to annealing, but the microstructure obtained by normalizing is finer. For low or medium carbon steel, normalizing can improve hardness and machinability. For LR AH40 shipbuilding structural plate medium carbon steel and low alloy steel, normalizing can refine grain and uniform structure and reduce hardness. For high carbon steel and high alloy steel, normalizing can eliminate the network carbide produced by forging and improve the homogeneity of the preparation heat treatment structure.
Both 14Cr1MoR pressure vessel steel and 15CrMoR pressure vessel steel belong to Cr-Mo hydrogen resistant steel, and they are special steel in strict sense. LR AH40 shipbuilding structural plate, Cr-Mo hydrogen resistant steel is suitable for petrochemical, nuclear power, steam turbine cylinder block, thermal power and other large-scale equipment with high temperature and high pressure and connected with hydrogen or hydrogen mixed medium. Moreover, 15CrMoR pressure vessel steel has high endurance strength below 550 °C.
