EN10028-2 P295GH plate with elevated temperature property gives optimum performance for pressurized products that must support a creep limit greater than 155N/mm2 at 400ºC. ABS grade D hot rolled strips, P295GH plate is a normalized steel and has excellent welding characteristics. P295GH plates and sheets are used worldwide by fabricators serving the oil and gas industry and can be found in heat exchangers, weldable pressure vessels and boilers and pipework.

In 2013, one of our clients in Korea purchased 890 tons Q345B square tube from us for one building construction project. Our clients required no burr in the side of the tube, we finally produce the goods with great condition and +/-0.25mm tolerance for wall thickness, which is a very great tolerance with customers’ required size. Our square tube full available range is 2-16mm for wall thickness, and 40-500mm for width. In addition, our Q/C department will seriously control all of the process of every order.

We have 4 typical production lines ABS grade D hot rolled strips, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. The Seamless pipe production line range is OD 10.3mm-965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm-60mm, Annual capacity is 500 thousand tons. LSAW pipe production line range is OD 406mm-1524mm, wall thickness 6mm-50mm, Annual capacity is 150 thousand tons.
