ABS AH36 ship steel plate is a structural steel with high strength for hull. Shipbuilding steel generally refers to the steel used for hull structure, which refers to the steel used to make the hull structure produced in accordance with the requirements of the classification society. This kind of product is often ordered, scheduled, and sold as special steel, ship steel plates, section steel, CCS grade D hull shipbuilding plate, angle steel bars, bulb flats.
The difference between CCS grade D hull shipbuilding plate, hot rolled sheet and cold rolled sheet: hot rolled sheet has low hardness, easy processing and good ductility. The cold-rolled sheet has high hardness and relatively difficult processing, but it is not easy to deform and has high strength. The cold rolled sheet is mostly used in automobile manufacturing and electrical products. Therefore, the two have their own characteristics. According to these characteristics, it is more appropriate to choose the right rolled plate to maximize its effect and benefit.
Mg element can reduce the number, size, distribution and morphology of inclusions in steel such as CCS grade D hull shipbuilding plate. Micro Mg can improve the size and distribution of carbides in bearing steel. And the carbide particles of bearing steel containing magnesium are fine and uniform. When Mg content is 0.002% - 0.003%, the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel increase by more than 5%, and the plasticity remains basically unchanged.
