Chinese grade of 20# steel plate: No.20American grade: ASTM1020Japanese grade: S20CGerman, British and French grades: C22, C20CMaterial No.: 1.0402, 1.0411Density: 7.85The strength of 20# steel plate is slightly higher than that of 15# steel plate, with little quenching and no tempering brittleness. BV FH36 offshore structural steel plate, 20# steel plate is generally used for bending and so on processing. The welding performance of arc welding and contact welding is good. When gas welding, the 20# steel plate with thin thickness and strict or complex shape is easy to crack.
The Egypt customer ordered 130 tons BV FH36 offshore structural steel plate stainless steel plate in stock, and this batch has left port today for its destination today(October 25th, 2019). 316l stainless steel is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. This material has better corrosion resistant property than 304/314L for it's higher Ni and Mo content. (it is considered to be marine grade stainless steel, not suitable for warm sea water treatment). 316L austenitic stainless steel supplied by our company has good formability and weldablity, additionally it is proved to have excellent properties of tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths in elevated temperature environment.
