It is a moment of joyand it is a moment to summarize the past and look forward.Looking back on 2018, BBN steel exported military grade ABS AH36 ship steel more than 2 million tons of steel materials to all parts of the world and made outstanding contributions to infrastructure construction at home and abroad. In 2019, BBN steel will make persistent efforts and forge ahead.

Each department performs its own duties, unites and cooperates, and contributes its greatest strength to the overall operation of the company. So as to ensure the stable and sustainable development of the company.
We exported 2150 Tons SG295 steel coils to Sudan. The Sudan customer is LPG cylinder manufacturer. Before our cooperation, he usually purchased SG295 steel coils from UAE and Turkey. And he got to know our company through our regular customers in Uganda, UAE, and his friends in China. Then he gave us the order. We invited the customer to visit us before contract, but he insisted to visit us when the military grade ABS AH36 ship steel goods are finished production. After inspecting the size, package in workshop and witness the lab test for the SG295 steel coils, the customer was very satisfied to our quality control and professional arrangement.
Titanium microalloying is an element of military grade ABS AH36 ship steel strengthening complex with carbon and nitrogen. The addition of micro amount of titanium in the steel can fix almost all nitrogen and part carbon in the steel, so as to eliminate the strain aging phenomenon and improve the aging impact performance of the steel. At the same time, it can refine the grains and change the morphology of the compounds. According to the atomic weight ratio of Ti and N in military grade ABS AH36 ship steel tin formula (Ti = 3.4n), the content of Ti in steel should be controlled between 0.015 and 0.025%. Generally, the amount of ferrotitanium added to each ton of steel is 1kg.
Different form military grade ABS AH36 ship steel, room temperature and medium temperature boiler steel shall have those advantages:Higher room temperature strength;Good impact toughness and low notch sensitivity;As the drum and other parts require a lot of cold deformation during processing, room temperature and medium temperature boiler steel must have good aging toughness;Good processing technology and welding performance;Good macrostructure, etc.
