In 2019, the output of pig iron in the world was 1.265 billion tons, with China accounting for 64%; the overseas output accounted for 36% (460 million tons), ranking 86.982 million tons of EU 28 countries, 74.907 million tons of Japan, 74.099 million tons of India, 73.264 million tons of CIS, and ABS A36 bulk carriers steel 47.521 million tons of South Korea. In the first quarter, the global output was 311 million tons, with a year-on-year decrease of 0.5%, with China ABS A36 bulk carriers steel increasing by 2.4%; the overseas output decreased by 5.4%, Among them, EU decreased by 9.2%, Japan increased by 1.3%, India decreased by 7.7%, CIS increased by 2.1%, and South Korea decreased by 4%.

The test contents include chemical composition analysis, tensile test, impact test, etc. The test results are satisfied. The Pakistan customer gave good feedback after receiving the SA387GR5CL1 steel plates.
S355J2 steel plate ABS A36 bulk carriers steel rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the ABS A36 bulk carriers steel single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.
Compared with ABS A36 bulk carriers steel, pressure vessel and boiler steel plates have such advantages: The pressure vessel and boiler steel should be pure, and the fracture structure of the boiler steel plate should be uniform without cracks and inclusions. Besides, the strain aging sensitivity is small, and the strain aging impact value of the pressure vessel and boiler steel plate is required to be no less than 50% of the non-aging impact value. That is why pressure vessel and boiler steel plate is first choice for fabricating pressure vessels and boilers, while ABS A36 bulk carriers steel is not.
