Uestf forecasts that the output of the construction industry will decline by 5.3% in 2020 and rise by 4% in 2021.
The requirements of ship plate are strict. First of all, good toughness is the most critical requirement. In addition, higher strength, good corrosion resistance, welding performance, processing and forming performance and surface quality are required.
