SM490B plate is a kind of structural steel produced according to Japanese Standard JIS G3106. Min. tensile strength of SM490B plate is 490MPa. SM490B plate is mainly used in buildings, bridges, ships, rail vehicles, oil tanks, containers and other buildings requiring high-level weldability. The delivery state is hot rolling for SM490B plate, LR DH40 deck house steel with thickness less than 80mm; and the delivery state is normalizing for SM490B steel plate with thickness more than 80mm.
40B steel plate is alloy structural steel plate formed by adding boron to the carbon structural steel with a carbon content of 0.40%. LR DH40 deck house steel, 40B steel plate has high hardness, toughness and hardenability, and has good comprehensive mechanical properties after quenching and tempering, which can be used instead of 40Cr steel. 40B steel plate chemical elements: C: 0.37-0.44, Si: 0.17-0.37, Mn: 0.60-0.90, B: 0.0005-0.0035. 40B steel plate is used to manufacture parts with larger section and higher performance requirements.
BBN Group's first blast furnace blast dehumidification system: The project started construction on May 2 and began trial operation on August 28. All data are balanced and stable, blast furnace output indicators have improved significantly, and the daily dehydration capacity of the two blast furnaces is as high as 124 tons, with a daily increase of about 200 tons LR DH40 deck house steel, and the blast furnace is running smoothly.

Its equivalent grades are JIS SPA-H, BS WR50A, Corten steel, etc. The Cu, P, Cr, Ni are important elements that gave 09CuPCrNi-A weather resistant steel its weathering ability. The Cu content of 09CuPCrNi-A steel is 0.25–0.50, P content is 0.060-0.12, Cr content is 0.30-1.25, Ni content is 0.12-0.65. For 09CuPCrNi-A steel coil ≤ 4mm, the min. yield strength is 310Mpa, min. tensile strength 440Mpa. For 09CuPCrNi-A steel sheets >4mm, the min. yield strength is 345Mpa, min. tensile strength 480Mpa.
