Forging method is to use forging hammer, precision forging machine, fast forging machine or hydraulic press to forge ingot into steel, billet or forging blank. Forging is the earliest TM rolled GL-AH 40 hull steel plate processing method. Forging is divided into free forging and model forging. Forging method can obtain the finished steel with better mechanical properties and shapes that are not easy or impossible to obtain TM rolled GL-AH 40 hull steel plate by rolling method.
The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. A delegation from project visited several famous TM rolled GL-AH 40 hull steel plate pipe mill in China for 15 days in July,2016. Of course the delegations had visited our pipe mill.
Chemical composition of Q420 steel: C ≤ 0.20, Si ≤ 0.50, Mn ≤ 1.70, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.035, Nb ≤ 0.07, V ≤ 0.20, Ti ≤ 0.20, Cr ≤ 0.30, Ni ≤ 0.80, Cu ≤ 0.30, N ≤ 0.015, Mo ≤ 0.20. The mechanical properties of Q420 steel are: yield strength ≥ 340 MPa, tensile strength 500-680 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 18%, impact energy 34J. TM rolled GL-AH 40 hull steel plate, Q420 steel has good mechanical properties and weldability, good cold and hot workability. Q420 steel is mainly used for manufacturing mining machinery, heavy vehicles, ships, bridges, medium and high pressure boilers, vessels and other large welding and structural parts.
On November 1st, our company organized some of company staff to visit Zhengzhou Children Welfare Institute, and gave children cookies and toys, as well as concerns to the Children. With the development of the society, disabled children gets increasing concerns and help from all walks of life. Fortunately, Chinese Government gives high concern to the handicapped children and has built Children Welfare Institutes all over the country to guarantee their lives.
