Difference between Q345R boiler vessel plate and ordinary Q345 plate, CCS D40 refrigerated ship steel:Q345R boiler vessel plate is pressure vessel steel, Q345 plate is low alloy steel.Q345R boiler vessel plate generally requires flaw detection and positive deviation, while Q345 plate generally has lower requirements.In terms of performance, Q345R boiler vessel plate and Q345 plate are of the same level. However, due to high requirements, they can not be mixed in general.Generally, the requirement of Q345R boiler vessel plate is higher than Q345 plate, CCS D40 refrigerated ship steel.
BBN Group's first blast furnace blast dehumidification system: The project started construction on May 2 and began trial operation on August 28. All data are balanced and stable, blast furnace output indicators have improved significantly, and the daily dehydration capacity of the two blast furnaces is as high as 124 tons, with a daily increase of about 200 tons CCS D40 refrigerated ship steel, and the blast furnace is running smoothly.
In April 2018, our Philiphine customer purchased 1008 Tons API5L Gr.B ERW&Q345B SMLS pipe for offshore oil field resources drilling project. This is a regular demand almost two month, and we has been cooperated more than three times, totally around 2100 tons steel pipe since 2015 year.
