As specified in GBT3077 standard, 35CrMo steel chemical composition should be: Carbon content 0.32-0.40 (C), Silicon content 0.17-0.37 (Si), Manganese content 0.40-0.70 (Mn), Chrome content 0.80-1.10 (Cr), Molybdenum content 0.15-0.25 (Mo). The heating temperature for 35CrMo alloy steel quenching is 850 Centigrade, the cooling material is oil. The heating temperature for 35CrMo alloy steel tempering is 550 Centigrade, the cooling material is oil or water.
