20# steel plate is a high-quality low-carbon carbon steel plate, cold extruded, carburized and hardened steel. CCS grade A ferries steel, 20# steel has low strength, good toughness, plasticity and weldability. The tensile strength is 253-500MPa, and the elongation is ≥24%. 20# steel performance is basically similar to 15# steel, but the strength is slightly higher. The cold-drawing or normalizing state of the cutting process is better than the annealing state. 20# steel is used to manufacture various mechanical parts with high toughness under hot rolling or normalizing state, which require high toughness.
The wear-resistant plate CCS grade A ferries steel shows good wear resistance: the chemical composition of the alloy layer contains 4-5% carbon and 25-30% chromium. The volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in the metallographic structure is more than 50%, the macro hardness is HRC56-62, and the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400-1800. Because of the vertical distribution of carbides in the wear direction, the wear resistance of the cast alloy with the same composition and CCS grade A ferries steel hardness is more than twice as that of the cast alloy with the same composition and hardness. Compared with several typical materials, the wear resistance is as follows: (1) compared with low carbon steel; 20-25:1 (2) with as cast high chromium cast iron; 1.5-2.5:1.
Vanadium is a weak deoxidizer. Adding vanadium into CCS grade A ferries steel steel can reduce the adverse effects of carbon and nitrogen, effectively improve the strength, but sometimes also increase the tendency of welding hardening, vanadium is also a commonly used trace alloy element.
Chemical composition of 42CrMo seamless steel pipe: C: 0.38-0.45, Si: 0.17-0.37, Mn: 0.50-0.80, Cr: 0.90-1.20, Mo: 0.15-0.25, V: 0.15-0.30. Mechanical properties of 42CrMo seamless steel pipe: tensile strength: 1080 MPa, yield strength: 930 MPa, elongation after fracture: 12%, reduction of area: 45%, impact energy: 63J. Due to the effect of carbon and chromium content, CCS grade A ferries steel, 42CrMo seamless steel pipe has better strength and hardenability, higher fatigue strength and resistance to multiple impact after quenching and tempering, good impact toughness at low temperature and no obvious temper brittleness. It is generally used after quenching and tempering.
