Considering the large workload of allocation and transportion for our steel materials, we have built special shipping department, and make it independent form transportation department. The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. So that our whole shipping efficiency is improved, and shorten time for customers to receive goods.
After adding phosphorus, copper, chromium, nickel and other trace elements to the steel, a dense and highly adherent protective film is formed on the surface of the steel, which hinders the spread and development of rust and protects the substrate under the rust layer to slow down its corrosion rate. The amorphous spinel-type oxide layer with a thickness of about 50μm-100μm formed between the rust layer and the substrate is dense and has good adhesion to the substrate metal.
Chemical composition differences between the RINA DH32 watertight bulkhead steel, Q345 steel grades (Q345A / Q345B / Q345C / Q345D / Q345E):Q345A steel：C≤0.20，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.035，S≤0.035； Q345B steel：C≤0.20，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.035，S≤0.035； Q345C steel：C≤0.20，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.030，S≤0.030，Al≥0.015； Q345D steel：C≤0.18，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.030，S≤0.025，Al≥0.015； Q345E steel：C≤0.18，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.025，S≤0.020，Al≥0.015； All the Q345 steel grades contain Nb≤0.07，V≤0.15，Ti≤0.20，Cr≤0.30，Ni≤0.012，Mo≤0.10。
The Seamless Pipe Q345D to Thailand. In November of 2015, Thailand OTTO group contacted with us from Internet. They are finding the trustable supplier of S355/2H seamless pipe for the cable car supporter. Due to the special using of the pipes, they are very careful and serious when choosing the supplier. After one months contact and discussion by email, they come to our company. We drive to the pipe mill for visit of 2 days. Through this visit, they are very confident with our production ability and products quality. Finally, they accept the grade we suggest Q345D. After back to office, they put the order of 1800 tons pipe to us directly.
